Deleting Faces

You can delete or replace a face from a surface body, or one or more faces from a solid body.

  1. From the Modeling section of the action bar, click Delete Face .
  2. Click Faces Selection and select the faces to delete or replace.
  3. In the dialog box, select the Type:
    OptionDescription
    Remove Face. Deletes selected faces without replacement.
    Heal. Deletes selected faces and merges the surrounding faces.
    Replace. Replaces the surfaces of selected faces with the surface of a defining face.
  4. Click .
