About Freehand Sketches

Commands from the Freehand section of the action bar provide an artistic approach to conceptualizing your product. The commands enable you to sketch with a stylus on a tablet, but you can also sketch using a mouse on a computer.

Primitive Sketch Entities

You sketch primitive lines, arcs, and freehand curves in the plane of your device's screen. These primitive curves are projected as splines onto the active sketch support. The sketch support can be a plane or a nonplanar face or surface.
