Offsetting Direct Edit Features

You can resize cylindrical, spherical, or conic direct-edit features and bodies.

Before you begin: You must have a body or feature already converted to direct-edit.
  1. Select a cylindrical, spherical, or conic face of a direct-edit feature.
  2. From the Direct Edit toolbar, click Offset .
    The handle appears on the feature.

  3. Drag the handle to resize the body or feature.

  4. Release the handle.
