Using Quick Save Active

You can save new or modified designs from the active file to ENOVIA, without opening the 3DEXPERIENCE Save dialog box using the Quick Save Active command. The global preferences set by the Integration Administrator and the local preferences set by you are applied to the designs on saving.

Click 3DEXPERIENCE > Quick Save Active from the AutoCAD toolbar or click from the AutoCAD ribbon menu.

ENOVIA Save dialog box opens only if nodes that cannot be selected for save exist in the designs considered for save. If all the designs can be selected for save, then the ENOVIA Save dialog box is not displayed and the designs are saved with the global preferences set by the Integration Administrator and the local preferences set by you.

ENOVIA Progress Status shows the progress or status of the data transfer. Upon saving successfully, a success message listing the saved designs opens.

Tip: If the node is auto recognized, a warning message appears that the selected node is auto recognized and a design with the same type and name exists in ENOVIA. If an auto recognized node cannot be selected for quick save, a warning message appears that the node exists in ENOVIA and cannot be select for save. All new or modified designs that are in the active session are saved to ENOVIA with the preferences set by the Administrator and also the local preferences set by you.
