Select the Map fully matching and partially matching text areas
option to map the text areas that map partially with any copy element in the POA
When this option is selected, a text area is mapped to multiple copy elements if
the overall content of the text area fully or partially matches with multiple copy
elements combined.
-
Select the Automap only selected text areas check box to
consider only the selected text areas for mapping automatically with any copy element in
the POA.
-
Click OK.
- If the full map option is selected and if a text area matches a copy element fully, the
text area is mapped to the copy element.
- If the partial map option is selected and if a text area matches a copy element
partially, the text area is mapped to the copy element.
- If the partial map option is selected and if different fragments of the content of a
text area match with the content of different copy elements, the text area is mapped to
the matching copy elements as a multimapped text area. The copy elements are listed based
on the position of the fragment that they match. If a copy element matches with a fragment
that is present at the beginning of the text area content, the copy element is listed
first. Each fragment of the text area content that does not match with any copy element is
converted to a marker.
- If a text area matches multiple copy elements fully, the text area is not mapped to any
copy element.
- A blue border appears around that text areas that are mapped to fully matching copy
elements.
- A red border appears around that text areas that are mapped to partially matching copy
elements.
- After the mapping is complete, a report appears. It contains multiple tabs that list the
text areas based on the type of mapping.
