Complaint Record Lifecycle

The lifecycle of a complaint record consists of four states. In each state, you can view complaint list and details, create events, add models, close and reopen complaints, and promote complaints based on your role and access permissions.

In this state, you can add events and models, modify complaints and events, invalidate, and convert complaints.

In Process

In this state, you can add products, modify complaints and events, close, invalidate, and convert complaints.

Closed

A quality manager can reopen a closed complaint.

Invalid

In this state, you can only view the details of a complaint.
