Contact Lifecycle

Contacts are people and their associated information, such as postal addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers. Reviewers are a type of contact.

Active

A Regulatory Lead or Regulatory Administrator can create a contact. It is created in the Active state and is available to be associated with submissions, adverse event reports, or complaints. The Regulatory Administrator or contact owner can add information to the contact while it is in this state.

Inactive

The Regulatory Administrator can demote the contact to the Inactive state. In this state, it is not available to be associated with submissions, adverse event reports, or complaints.
