Model Information

The Model Information List displays the list of models that are associated with the selected event.

To access this page:

From the Event Properties page, select the Model Information tab.

Column Name	Description
Name	Name of the model associated with the event. Click to view the details of the model.
Product	Name of the corresponding product evolution. Click to view its details.
Batch/Lot Number	Batch number of the model
Serial Number	Serial number of the model
Device In Use	Yes: product model was in use when the problem occurred No: product model was not in use when the problem occurred
Part Number	Part number of the model
Expiration Date	Expiration date of the model
Quantity	Quantity of product model used when the problem occurred
UOM	Unit of measure of the quantity
