Contract Milestones List

You can list the contract milestones for a project.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager

To access this page:

  1. List the app categories for Program and Contract Management.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Data Mgmt > Contract Milestones.

Columns

Column NameDescription
NameThe name of the contract milestone. Click the name to open the milestone.
TypeThe type of object.
State The current lifecycle state of the contract milestone: Create, Assign, Active, Review, and Complete.
Indicates the current status of the DRL:

  • No Flag - the task is not late.

  • Not Started
  • Yellow - The task is not complete and not late.
  • Red - the task is not complete and late.
  • Green - the task is complete and on time.
  • Complete (late)
% Complete The percent complete for the milestone.
Progress The progress of the milestone.
Any attachments to the milestone.
Contract Milestone DescriptionThe detailed description of the contract milestone.
Estimated Finish DateThe estimated date the contract milestone will end.
Act FinishThe actual end date for the contract milestone.
ProjectThe project associated with the contract milestone.
ContractThe contract associated with the contract milestone.
ProgramThe program associated with the contract milestone.
