CAGE Code | Enter the 5-digit value that should be the CAGE code of the organization preparing the DRL. The Create DRL page displays the CAGE Code entered in the Project if the DRL is created within a Project. If the DRL is created independently, then the CAGE Code is carried forward from the Project selected in the Create DRL page. |
Scheduling details |
Submittal Frequency | Select the value used to determine the number of submittals scheduled. |
First Submission Date | Click to select the first submission date. The entered value is used by the submittal schedules action with the submittal frequency to define the due date of the first submittal. The date should be after the selected project start date, not be before contract start date, and not be after contract finish date. Note:
The First Submission Date must be entered for the DRL to be promoted from the Preliminary state.

Subsequent Submission Date | Click to select the subsequent submission date. The entered value is used by the submittal schedules action with the submittal frequency to define the due date of the second submittal and to align the subsequent/additional submittals to the date. |
Estimated Finish Date | By default, the Estimated Finish Date is set equal to Contract Start Date. Click to select a different estimated finish date. The new date must be between the Contract Start Date and the Contract End Date. Note:
The Estimated Finish Date must be entered for the DRL to be promoted from the Preliminary state.

If Yes, then the Customer Reply Letter Number and Customer Disposition Date are required to promoted to the Dispositioned state. If No, then the Customer Reply Letter Number and Customer Disposition Date fields are optional. If the Complete Disposition and Promote check box is selected in the Disposition Transmittal action, these attributes are optional.
Note:
For an SDRL, if Yes, then the Submittal Letter Number and Submittal Letter Date are required to promote to the Received state. If No, then the Submittal Letter Number and Submittal Letter Date fields are optional. If Yes, then the Customer Reply Letter Number and Schedule Date Disposition To DM are required to promoted to the Reviewed state. If No, then the Customer Reply Letter Number and Schedule Date Disposition To DM fields are optional. If the Complete Disposition and Promote check box is selected in the Reviewers Disposition action, these attributes are optional.
