The Data Accession List shows the tabular listing of noncontractual data associated with a contract object in addition to all the documents associated with a submittal object. You can generate the Data Accession List from the Report Generator.
Required access roles:
Baseline: Reader
App-specific: Global User
Click Home.
In the navigation pane, click Program Mgmt > Reports.
Click the Report Generator tab.
Click the Refinements filter.
The Refinements filter opens on the left side of the page.
Select the filters to view the results on the right side of the page.

Report Type
Select Data Accession List.
Report Sub Type
The Data Accession List does not have sub types.
Responsible Organization
Click to select the responsible organization.
Program
Click to select the program related to the submittals.
Contract
Click to select the contract related to the submittals.
Project
Click to select the project related to the submittals.
Date Unit
Select Week, Month, Quarter, or Year.
Click Filter.
The Data Accession List is generated and shows the document objects of the selected project/contract and the associated submittal's reference documents.
Note:
Submittals will display only if the contract is connected to an active program.
