You can
create a support archive that contains the required log files for the Product Support team to resolve issues. When you submit an issue with the Connector for Altium Designer, include the zip file created by this procedure.
Select System Tray > Help > Support Archive.
Select the location for the zip file and click OK.
The app creates the archive and displays the location of the zip file.
Click Open Folder to open the folder listed in the message, or click OK to clear the message.
