Creating User-Stamps

User Stamp lets you create user-stamps from a punch feature, or from punch and die features.

This task shows you how to:

Create Punches with Opening Faces

User Stamp lets you create a stamps from a punch feature with opening faces.

Before you begin: Create a pad and an edge fillet in Part Design.
  1. Select a base feature.
  2. Click With opening .
  3. Select the punch.
    The punch is previewed on the base feature.

    Important: The punch height cannot be superior to the base feature height, otherwise it is considered as a cutout.
  4. From the Radius box, define a radius value.
  5. From the Stamp position box, select the origin point.

Create Punches with Dies

User Stamp lets you create stamps from punch and die features.

Before you begin: Create a shaft in Part Design.
  1. Select a base feature or a face.
  2. Click With die .
  3. Select the punch.
    The punch is previewed on the base feature or face.
  4. Select the die.
    The die is previewed on the base feature or face.

  5. From the Radius box, define a radius value.
  6. From the Stamp position box, select the origin point.
