Copy List Lifecycle

A copy list consists of multiple copy elements.

Preliminary

A Product Manager, Artwork Package Manager, or a Master Copy Author can add artwork elements to the copy list, set elements as mandatory, and modify the properties.

Review

This is an intermediate state. A Product Manager, Artwork Package Manager, or a Master Copy Author can promote the Copy List to the Release state.

Release

In this state, the copy list is added to the POA automatically.

Obsolete

A Product Manager or an Artwork Package Manager can promote the copy list from the Release state to the Obsolete state.
