Affected Items of an Artwork Package

Affected items associated with an artwork package appear in the Affected Items tab of the Implemented/Affected Items page.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Product Manager, Artwork Project Manager, Master Copy Author, Master Copy Approver, Local Copy Author, Local Copy Approver, Graphic Designer, Artwork Approver

To access this page:

  1. View the Implemented/Affected Items page. For more information, see Implemented/Affected Items Page.
  2. Select the Affected Items tab.

Column Name Description


Indicates whether a higher revision is available for the affected item or not.
Name Name of the affected item.
Rev Revision of the affected item.
TypeType of affected item.
DescriptionDescription of the affected item.
StateState of the affected item.
OwnerCurrent owner of the affected item.
