This page shows the POAs associated with the artwork package. You can assign graphic designers and artwork approvers to POAs from this page.

  • Baseline: Leader
  • App-specific: Product Manager, Artwork Project Manager

To access this page:

  1. Open an artwork package. For more information, see Opening an Artwork Package.
  2. Select the Assign/ Task Management category.
  3. Click the POA Assignee tab.

Column Name Description
Name The name of the POA.


The image associated with the POA.
Origin The product line or the product from which the POA was created. Click to open the product line or the product.
Created DateThe date when the POA was created.
Artwork UsageThe artwork usage type defined for the POA.
CountriesThe countries for which the POA is localized.
LanguagesThe languages in which the POA is localized.
StateThe lifecycle state of the POA.
Graphic DesignerThe Graphic Designer assigned to the POA.
Artwork ApproverThe Artwork Approver assigned to approve the POA.
SupplierThe supplier associated with the POA.
