Editing a Local Copy Element

You can edit a local copy element.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader
  • App-specific: Product Manager, Local Copy Author

Before you begin: View the properties of a local copy element. For more information, see Properties of a Local Copy Element.
  1. In the page toolbar, click Edit Details.
    The Local Copy Type page appears.
  2. Edit these details.

    Field Description
    Copy Text Edit the copy text.
    Author Click to change the author of local copy.
    Approver Click to change the approver of local copy.
    Responsible Organization Click to change the responsible organization.

  3. Click Done.

The local copy element is changed.
