Creating Artwork Template

You can create an artwork template.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader
  • App-specific: Product Manager

Before you begin:
  • To create an artwork template under a product line, the product line must be in the Planned or the Marketing state.
  • To create an artwork template under a product, the product must be in either of the following states: Private, In Work, or In Design.
  • To create artwork template from the POA Properties page, ensure that
    • POA is not associated to an artwork template.
    • POA is in the Preliminary or the Artwork in Process state.
    • Product connected to the POA is in either of the following states: Private, In Work, or In Design.
  1. From the page toolbar, select Actions > Create Artwork Template.
    The Create New Artwork Template page appears.
  2. Enter the following details:
    Field Description
    Name Type a name of the artwork template or select the Auto Name check box.
    Title Type a title of the artwork template.
    Image/File Click Browse to search and upload an image or a file to the artwork template.
    Description Type a description of the artwork template.
  3. Click Done.
