Creating a Copy List

You can create a copy list and add multiple artwork elements to it. You can use the copy list to add the entire group of artwork elements to POAs.

  • Baseline: Author, Leader
  • App-specific: Product Manager, Artwork Project Manager, Master Copy Author


Before you begin: You must be a Product Manager, Artwork Package Manager, or a Master Copy Author.
  1. From the Artwork Elements page toolbar, select Actions > Create Copy List.
  2. Enter the following details.
    Field Name Description
    Name The Auto Name check box is selected by default. If required, clear the check box and enter a name in the Name box.
    Title Type a name for the copy list.
    Description Describe the copy list.
    Artwork Usage Select one or more artwork usage types.
    Select Countries and Languages Click to view the list of available regions, countries, and languages. If no candidate markets are associated with the CPG product, all regions, countries, and languages are displayed.

    Select the required regions, countries, and languages. In the Selected Languages column, you can drag the languages to reorder them.

    Selected Countries Lists the countries that are selected for the copy list.
    Selected Languages Lists the languages that are selected for the copy list.
  3. Click Done.
    The copy list is created.

The Edit Copy Lists page appears.

Note: You can use the CreateCopyLists API to create copy lists, create artwork elements and local copies, and add them to the copy lists. You can use the ConnectCopyListsToProductHierachies API to connect copy lists to the product hierarchy. For more information, see Developer Assistance.
