Creating a POA Inbox Task for Graphic Designer

You can create a POA inbox task for a graphic designer.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader
  • App-specific: Product Manager, Artwork Project Manager


Before you begin:
  • View the POA PowerView page. For more information, see Opening a POA.
  • Ensure that the master copy and local copy elements associated with the POA are in the Release state.
  1. In the page toolbar, click Lifecycle.
    The Lifecycle/Review PowerView page appears.
  2. In the Lifecycle tab toolbar, click Promote to promote the graphic element to the Artwork In Process state.
  3. Close the Lifecycle/Review PowerView page.

A POA inbox task is generated for the graphic designer. A notification email is sent to the graphic designer through the IconMail and Outlook, if Outlook is configured.
