Opening Change Template Questionnaires

You can access all the change-related questionnaires defined for a change template.

Required access role: Change Administrator

Before you begin: Change Management must be a component of the active app.
  1. Click .
  2. In the navigation pane, click My Changes.
  3. Click Change Template page tab.
  4. Select the change template.
  5. In the navigation pane, click Change Questionnaire.
