One of the following actions is performed depending on the state of the
POA:
- If the selected POA is in the
Obsolete
state, a message appears.
- If the selected POA is in the
Preliminary state, the selected POA is deleted.
- If the selected POA is not in either the
Obsolete
state or the
Preliminary state, the selected POA is promoted
to the
Obsolete
state.
One of the following actions is performed on the artwork elements
associated with a POA, when you move a POA to the
Obsolete
state.
- If an artwork element is in the
Preliminary or the
Release state, it remains in the same state.
- If an artwork element is in the
Review state and is associated with another
active POA, it remains in the same state.
- If an artwork element is in the
Review state and is not associated with any
other active artwork package or active POA, it is demoted to the
Preliminary state.
