My Artwork Packages Page

The artwork packages available in the system appear on the My Artwork Packages page.

  • Baseline: Author, Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Product Manager, Artwork Project Manager, Master Copy Author, Master Copy Approver, Local Copy Author, Local Copy Approver, Graphic Designer, Artwork Approver

To access this page:

  1. From the Compass, click Copy and Artwork Management.
  2. In the navigation pane, select Copy and Artwork > Artwork Packages .

Columns

Column Name Description
Name Name assigned to the artwork package.
Title Title of the artwork package.
Description Description defined for the artwork package.
State Lifecycle state of the artwork package.
Owner Owner of the artwork package.

Filters

Filter Description
In Work Lists the artwork packages that are in the Work In Process state.
Complete Lists the artwork packages that are in the Complete state.
Cancelled Lists the artwork packages that are in the Cancelled state.

Actions

Create Artwork Package Create an artwork package. Creating an Artwork Package
Delete Delete an artwork package.

A Leader or a Product Manager/Artwork Project Manager can delete an artwork package.
