Export an Artwork Assembly

You can export the artwork assembly in the XML format for a POA.

Before you begin: View the artwork assemblies of a POA. For more information, see Artwork Assembly of a POA.
In the tab toolbar, click Export Artwork Assembly.
The artwork assembly is exported:
  • In XML format, if the POA does not contain any graphic element. A dialog box appears with a choice to open or save the artwork assembly.
  • As a Zip file, if the POA contains graphic elements. The file contains:
    • An artwork assembly file in XML format.
    • Folders for each graphic element. The folders contain the images that are connected to the graphic elements.

Export Multiple Artwork Assemblies of an Artwork Package

You can generate artwork assemblies of multiple POAs of an artwork package as XMLs and export as a single package.

Before you begin: View the Implemented POAs page of an artwork package (list view of POAs). For more information, see POAs in an Artwork Package.
  1. Select the POA check box.

    You can select multiple POAs.

  2. In the page toolbar, click Create Supplier Job Package.
Artwork assemblies are exported in a ZIP file. The ZIP file contains separate folders for all the POAs. Every POA folder has artwork assemblies in xml format and a folder that contains graphic elements.

Depending on the selection, the ZIP file of artwork assemblies is either opened (in the editor selected) or saved. For more information about the file, see About Create Supplier Job Package.
