Working with File Attachments

You can attach PNG, JPEG, or PDF files to text sections of your experiments.

The maximum size for a file attachment is 25 MB. You can only attach up to 10 files in a section of the Write-Up.

To add or remove file attachments, open an experiment for editing. To only view file attachments, preview an experiment.

Add File Attachments

  1. From the Experiment page, locate the text section for which you want to add, remove, or view an attachment.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click , locate, and upload the file you require.
    • Drag a file into the empty space below the text section.

    Tip: When one or more files are already attached, you can still drag a file into the space below the text section to attach additional files.

View Attached Files

  1. From the Experiment page, locate the text section for which you want to view an attachment.
  2. To view an attachment, do one of the following:
    • Click the thumbnail for the appropriate file.
    • Click and select Display Preview for the appropriate file.
    A preview pane displays the file. For PNG and JPEG files, the image displays. For PDF files, you can scroll to view all the pages of the document. Click to close the preview.
  3. To download an attachment, click and select Download File for the appropriate file.

Remove Attached Files

  1. From the Experiment page, locate the text section for which you want to remove an attachment.
  2. Click and select Remove File for the appropriate file. Confirm the deletion.
