Creating a Sketch from a Story

You can create a sketch from the walls, spaces, and slabs in a story.

Before you begin: Open a building and activate a story.
  1. From the Building section of the action bar, click Sketch from Story .
  2. From the 3D area or tree, select a story.
  3. Click Ok .
    A new sketch is created from the walls, spaces, and slabs available in the selected story.
    Tip: You can use this sketch as an input to the Spaces From Floor Plan command available in the 2D to 3D section of the action bar.
