You can move all the pages from the My Shared Pages and
My Pages sections to another section of yours. For more
information, see Using the Navigation Menu.
On the navigation menu, indicates that the
page is a shared page, which can either be a page that you have shared with other users or a
page that has been shared with you by another user.
My Shared Pages Section
When a page has been shared with you, you can access it from the My Shared
Pages section of the navigation menu.
To open a shared page, click its name from the navigation menu.
What you can do with the page depends on the permission that has been given to you. To know
which permission has been given to you, click Modify current page
and select Share Page
. Find your name on one of the following
permission lines:

You can access, read, modify, and share the shared page. |
Read permission |
You can access the shared page to read its content but you cannot modify nor
share it. You can still annotate and configure the page's charts as such
modifications are only visible to you. |
To know who the owner of a shared page is, click Modify current page
, and select Share Page
. The name of the shared page owner is displayed
in the dialog box.
My Pages Section
When you duplicate a page, the copy is by default automatically added to the My
Pages section of the navigation menu. For more information on how to duplicate
pages, see Duplicate a Page.
To open a duplicate page, click its name from the navigation menu.
You can share pages that you have duplicated. For more information on how to share a page,
see Sharing a Page.
Note:
The following settings are only visible and accessible to the user who creates them:
- Recently Viewed pages
- Favorites page
- Customized sections
- Notes on the home page
- Facet icons and colors
