Experimental Knowledge

Experimental Knowledge enables scientists to make informed decisions using experiment analytics.Experimental Knowledge provides convenient and accurate calculations and analysis tools which foster collaboration and reuse through easy discoverability of experiments and past work. This allows scientists to leverage the knowledge previously generated by the current scientist and by their colleagues.

Limitation on Index Capacity

The maximum number of objects that you can import into an instance of your Experimental Knowledge depends on the packages you purchased:

  • Experimental Knowledge Small Index (B02) package includes a maximum of one of the following:
    • 750K compounds
    • 15M assay end points
    • 50K Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) experiments or other documents
  • Experimental Knowledge Medium Index (B03) package includes a maximum of one of the following:
    • 2.5M compounds
    • 50M assay end points
    • 500K Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) experiments or other documents
Note: You can purchase multiple packages to increase your indexing capacity.

These packages allow you to index content exclusively for the Experimental Knowledge application. Other BIOVIA applications require you to create a separate search index and purchase additional index licenses.
