Creating the GTD User Group

A Platform Manager can use the User Groups app to create a user group for GTD to allow members to share GTD objects.

  1. Create a CSV file and add the following content:

    #Use this template to create or modify User Groups using the import functionality
              
    #Users must be members of the platform.
    #GTD group creation. Do not modify the id of this group.
    id:bd5ae773-5a77-4875-818f-77e4853ec523;GTD All;Group for all GTD projects 
    #add user emails or usernames (one per row) on the lines below

    Note: You can use any file name, but the file must contain the ID specified here.

  2. Use the User Groups app to create a new group by importing the CVS template you created.

    For more information about creating user groups and managing them, see Creating and Updating User Groups through a File Import.

  3. Required: Before other users access GTD, open the GTD app and create a project and study, or share a model.

    Note: You cannot share models, projects, studies, or experiments that you created before joining a group.

Use the User Groups app to manage the group.
