Packaging an Application

You must package the application you created before deploying it.

Before you begin: You must have created an application.
  1. From the Know-how Apps Creation app, open the know-how apps package.
  2. Right-click the package and select xxx --- object > Set current package to set the package as current.
  3. Click Generate Deployment Data .
    A message appears indicating that the data was generated.
  4. Click OK and save the changes in the database.
  5. From the Compass, click Social and Collaborative Apps , and selectData Setup.
    TheData Setup editor opens.
  6. Click the Know-how Apps Package tab.
  7. Click your package and drag and drop it onto the current project to bind this package to the project. Select Share > Save > Save with Options.
