Keep Modifications

You can manage the persistency of product graphic properties that are modified in session.

Tips:
  • By default, product graphic properties are volatile. It means that their modification cannot be saved. To make them persistent and share them in the database, you must run the Keep Modifications command.
  • To display a warning message when you modify a volatile graphic property, open Me > Preferences > App Preferences > 3D Modeling , and select the corresponding option in Systems Architecture > General.For more information, see Native Apps Preferences Guide: General.

Reset all Graphic Properties
  1. Change the color of the subproduct using the Graphic Properties section of the action bar.
  2. From the section of the action bar, click Keep Modifications .
    A warning message appears.
  3. Select Yes to validate and close the message.
    The graphical properties applied in this session are persistent and can be shared in the database.
    Important: The persistency is now applied to representation occurrences as well as product instances.
