Create Multiple Primitive Using Toolbar
You can create multiple similar 3D primitives using the context toolbar.

From the Feature section of the action bar,
click the 3D primitive flyout and select a
primitive.
Option Description Cube Cylinder Sphere Torus - Click in the work area to place the primitive. You can place the primitive in an open location or on a face.
- Drag the arrow and handles to define the size.

Optional: From the context toolbar, the following options are available.
Option Description Drag handle for moving the context toolbar. Transform. Displays the Robot to position the primitive. Midplane. Extends the primitive equally in both directions from the sketch plane or body surface. Cut. Subtracts the primitive profile from another profile. Apply and Continue. Places the primitive in the current location and creates another primitive to be placed. The new primitive includes any changes made to the previous primitive. Expand. Opens the Primitive dialog box providing all available options. For information on the Primitive dialog box, see Specifying Primitive Options. Apply. Places the primitive in the current location and closes the context toolbar Close. Cancels the placement of the primitive and closes the context toolbar. - From the context toolbar, click Apply and Continue to place the primitive and a new primitive appears as the same size as the previous one.
- Optional: Repeat step 5 and create as many similar primitives as you want.
- Click in context toolbar when finished.
