Creating a Text Template

You can create text templates that can be later instantiated (reused).

  1. Click in the open space to place the text.
  2. In the Link Template dialog box, enter the name of the template.
  3. Under Type, perform the following actions:
    1. From the Package list, select a package.
    2. To make a package favorite, click the next to the package.
    3. Select a type from the Name list.
  4. Under Attributes, select an attribute.
  5. Select a display type from the Placeholder display list.
  6. To add attributes of different types on the text, double-click the text, and follow the steps from 2 through 5, to insert the link template.

Note: Once you create the template, all the commands in the Template section of the action bar become unavailable.
