Creating a Custom Grid View

In the Grid View, you can create a custom view where only the required attributes are displayed. The list of custom views will be saved and will be available even after closing your session.

  1. In the page toolbar, click Custom Views .

The command is also available in the context menu of each column header.

  2. In the Custom Views dialog box, select Create New View and enter the name of the new view.

Note: To modify the name of the view, click Rename View .

  3. In the Visibility column, select or clear attributes.

Note: An orange bar can be displayed next to an attribute. It means that the status for visibility option is different from what is currently displayed in the Grid View. For example, an attribute is hidden in the Grid view but the option is selected in the Custom Views dialog box. To update the option according to what is displayed in the Grid View, click Update from current view.

  4. Optional: In the Width column, you can define the width of an attribute's column.
  5. Optional: In the Pinned column, you can lock the column's position. For more information, see Customizing.
  6. Click Save and Apply.
