Applying Connector Moments

You can use a connector moment to apply a concentrated moment to an available component of relative motion of a connector to model actuation.

Before you begin: You must have defined a connector in the Modeling app.
  1. Select the supports in the model.

    A connector moment can be applied to a connector with available components of relative motion.

  2. Enter the magnitude component in the Moment X, Moment Y, and Moment Z fields to apply the moment to the available components of relative motion UR1, UR2, and UR3, respectively.
  3. Click OK.
