Applying Connector Rotations

You can use a connector rotation to apply a rotation of one endpoint of a connector relative to the other. The rotation is in the local directions associated with the available components of relative motion of the connector.


Before you begin: You must have defined a connector.
  1. Select the supports in the model.

    A connector rotation can be applied to a connector with available components of relative motion.

  2. Select the fields to define a rotation in the X-, Y-, or Z-direction.
  3. Enter the angle component in the Rotation X, Rotation Y, and Rotation Z fields to apply the rotation to the available components of relative motion UR1, UR2, and UR3, respectively.
  4. Click OK.
