Defining Rosettes

You can define rosettes and specify their transfer type.

  1. From the Material section of the action bar, click Material Parameters .
  2. In the Rosettes tab, to define a rosette, click Insert Blank Row .

    Notes:
    • If you select a line before clicking Insert Blank Row , the rosette is created before the selected line. If no line is selected, the rosette is created at the end of the table.
    • The command is available in the context menu of the orientation.

  3. Optional: Edit the proposed name.
  4. Select an axis system.
  5. Select a Transfer Type. For more information, see About Rosette and Rosette Transfer Type.
  6. For 0° guided by curve and 90° guided by curve, select the guide curve (neutral fiber curve).
  7. In the 3D Display area, specify the display size of the rosette.
  8. Click OK.
  9. To manage rosettes, select a rosette and use one of the following commands:
    1. To change the order of the rosettes in the 2D Viewer, use Move Row Up and Move Row Down .
    2. To edit a rosette, click Row Edition .
    3. To delete a rosette, click Remove Row .
    4. To duplicate an existing rosette, click Duplicate Row .

    Note: These commands are also available from the context menu of the rosettes.
