Radial, Angular, Diameter Dimensions and Handles

You can make changes to radial, angular, and diameter dimensions using handles.

You can select Diameter/Radius Toggle from the context toolbar. Handles (large dots) appear, you can drag it and make changes. Handles lets you select the position to attach the extension line on the arc.

Angular radial dimensions There is only one handle. You can move the handle and can change the gap from geometry.

Angular dimensions You can select one of the extension lines and move it independently.

Diameter dimensions There are no handles for diameter dimensions. However, handles are available for lineal dimension types.

Angular diameter dimensions There are two handles.



For linear dimension between two entities, in which at least one entity is either arc or circular edge, you can change the dimension end points. Click the dimension and select Change Dimension Endpoints from the context toolbar. You can move the end points using handles(large dots). While moving the end points, you can define a minimum, maximum, and center distance between the two entities. The dimension value is updated based on the selection or position of the handle.
