Refreshing the File Status

You can refresh the status of all documents in your active session. The updated status appears in the tree. You can also review the status of documents in an active session, and compare the revision (in the active session) with the latest revision in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

  1. Verify the status of documents that are open in your current session.
  2. From the CATIA V5 toolbar, select 3DEXPERIENCE Platform > Refresh File Status > All.

    Note: The 3DEXPERIENCE platform toolbar displays the last option selected to refresh documents. You can run Refresh File Status on non- V5 data.

  3. To refresh the status of selected documents, you can:
    • Select 3DEXPERIENCE Platform > Refresh File Status > Selected.
    • Right-click the selected documents, and select Refresh File Status.
