Opening CATIA V5 Data from the Library

You can use the IP Classify and Reuse Chooser to open CATIA V5 data from the library.

Before you begin: Create a product structure that contains multiple CATParts.
  1. Open the product structure in CATIA V5.
  2. From the context menu, select Components > Existing Components.
  3. Select the IP Classify & Reuse Chooser.
  4. Navigate the library structure and select a classified V5 CATPart.
  5. Click OK to insert the CATPart.
    You can also perform Open and Replace operations. The IP Classify & Reuse Chooser helps you perform all the operations in CATIA V5 itself (you need not open side panel or web browser).
