Projecting the Control Points

You can project the control points along the Robot normal.


Before you begin: Open an existing 3D shape.

  1. From the Modify section of the action bar, click Control Points .
    Tip: Double-click a datum element in the work area or in the tree to modify its control points. This also works in a parallel command session (PCS) context.
  2. Select the surface.
  3. Move the Robot as required.
  4. Select the desired control points.
  5. Click Projection along the Robot normal
  6. Click OK.
