You can orient the normal of a surface either inside or outside the model. In a model,
normals usually share the same orientation.
The orientation of a surface normal can be inverted in the following situations:
If a boundary curve of the surface goes beyond the intersection point.
If the radius of a surface or folded surface is very small.
Note:
Folded
surfaces can generate design issues later on in the process.

Check Parameters:
Min_Angle_Deg: Angle type.
Specifies the minimum angle
value allowed between face normals.
NbPointsPerSegment: Integer type.
Specifies the number
of measurement points used with the “Fix number of points” method. The number
applies to each parameter direction.
NbAdjacentPoints: Integer type.
Specifies the number
of adjacent points used for the comparison.
Check_OnFaceLimits: Boolean type.
If the option is
selected, checks a limited portion of the surface. The portion corresponds to
the smallest possible rectangle enclosing every face of the surface.
Check_OnlyBoundaries: Boolean type.
If the option is
selected, checks only the normals of the boundaries.
