Maximum model size: tested up to 45,589 requirements.

Functional

Functional objects are extracted:

  • Function
  • Port, flow and interface

  • Behavior
  • Attached PLM documents (.xls, .txt...)

Maximum model size: 40,000 functions.

Logical

Logical objects are extracted:

  • Logical component
  • Port, system type and interface
  • Diagram view
  • Parameter
  • Behavior (with Modelica models)
  • Attached PLM documents (.xls, .txt...)

Maximum model size: 40,000 logical objects.

Physical

Physical objects are extracted:

  • Product
  • Part
  • Representation (such as 3D shape, drawing, markup...)
  • Publication
  • Attached PLM documents (.xls, .txt...)

Tip: To activate the highlight from a physical object to the same object in another widget (for example, a 3D viewer), click Cross Highlight from the navigation bar. For more information, see Navigation Bar.

Maximum model size: tested up to 30,000 physical objects.

Traceability Links

The following elements are exposed for traceability:

  • Requirement structure, in and out derived links
  • Functional objects, flow references and interfaces
  • Logical objects, system types and interfaces
  • Reference-reference implement links
  • Occurrence-occurrence implement links
    Note: Occurrence-occurrence links are displayed, but the link data are not extracted. As they are not exposed in an RDF standard, these data cannot be extracted with patterns.
