Creating an Issue on an Annotation

You can create an issue on a root annotation.

  1. Open a folder to select a root annotation.
  2. From the properties area, click Create Issue.
  3. Enter the following information:
    OptionDescription
    Title

    Specifies the title of the issue.

    This title is mandatory.
    Description

    Specifies the description of the issue.

    By default, the description box is prefilled with the content of the selected review thread.

    Context

    Specifies the context of the issue.

    By default, the current review is selected. You can perform the following changes:

    • To add a new context, drag another object to this box
    • To remove any context, clear this box

    Use persons in discussion as contributors

    Select this box to add all user names participating to the discussion as contributors of this issue.

    By default, this option is selected.

    Close discussion thread

    Select this box to close the review discussion thread after the issue creation.

    By default, this option is selected.
