Pushing Subscriptions to Other Members

You can subscribe other members to objects, as long as you own the object. People must be members of the Bookmark Root.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Reader

Before you begin: View the list of pushed subscriptions. See Pushed Subscriptions List.

Pushed Subscriptions
  1. For each event that you want the system to notify other people for:
    1. Click the number in the Recipients column.
    2. From the page Actions menu or toolbar, select Add Recipients to search for and select people.
    3. Check the required recipients and click Done.

      The system only finds people who have at least read access to the item.

    4. To remove a pushed subscription, check the person and select Remove Selected from the page Actions menu or toolbar.
  2. Click Done.
