Add Members to a Route Page

This page is part of the wizard for creating a route. You can also add members to a route using the Access category for the route.

Required access roles: You must be the route owner to access this page.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the person or user group added to the route.
Type Distinguishes between people added individually or user group.
Organization The organization the person belongs to. This is blank for user groups.
Scope The scope of the route (all, organization, Bookmark Root, or project space), as defined in the first page of the wizard.
Access The access each member has for the route. When members are added to the route, their access is Read but you can specify a higher access level. This access level is for the route only and not for the content.

User groups are added to the route with Read access.

Remove Selected Removes selected tasks; click OK to confirm. --
Remove Person and Task Removes a selected member and the task created for that person (only shows if you had proceeded to the next page and returned to this one); click OK to confirm. --
