You can create skills and subskills. Business skills have
"Top Level" as their Parent Skill, and a subskill will have a
business skill as its Parent Skill.

Administrator
App-specific: Resource Manager, Organization
Manager, Company Representative
Before you begin:
View the list of business skills for a
company or subsidiary.

From the page toolbar or actions menu, click
Create New Business Skill
.
Enter details about the skill or subskill:

Name
The name of the skill.
Description
A description of the skill.
Parent Skill
The Parent Skill is not-editable and
shows as Top Level for a business skill. For a subskill, the Parent Skill is
the parent business skill.
