About Bookmarks

A Bookmark is a set of related documents that concern a particular Bookmark Root. Bookmarks can have Sub Bookmarks within them and you can add Sub Bookmarks within Sub Bookmarks. Typically, the Bookmark Root creator adds Bookmarks and Bookmarks when a Bookmark Root is created and can add and remove them as required.

Depending on how your system is set up, you can add documents from other apps and nondocument kinds of items, such as quotations and RFQs from RFQ Management, to Bookmarks. For more information, see About Bookmark Root and Bookmark Accesses for details on how access inheritance works for Bookmarks.
