Transferring Elements

Transfer Mold Area Element transfers element from one mold area to another, with destroying the structure.

  1. Select a destination mold area from the list.
  2. Pick an element to transfer.
    The element is transferred to the destination mold area:
    • The transferred element is removed from its initial geometrical set, and added to the destination geometrical set as a TrsSurface.
    • If the transferred element was pointing to an initial surface, the initial surface is sent to a NoShow geometrical set.

      If no features points to the initial surface, the surface is deleted.

  3. Optional: Right-click an element displayed in the dialog box and use the context menu to perform the transfer.
