Generating the Bridge 3D Model

You can instantiate the 3D model of your bridge in one go or instantiate bridge elements one by one.

About the Bridge Design Assistant
  1. To run a global instantiation of the bridge layout, once the object types have been assigned to the user-defined features, click Process in the Global Object Types area of the Bridge Design Assistant.

    All the user features are instantiated; the whole bridge structure is instantiated in 3D.



    This command is available only when object types have been assigned.

    You can visualize the pier in contact with the terrain:

    Important: The whole bridge structure must be defined with valid object types to allow a global instantiation.
  2. For a local instantiation, select an element of the bridge.
  3. In the contextual panel of the element, click Instantiate local user features .
    Only the selected elements are instantiated, and displayed in the 3D area.
